3500/40M 位移监测器
3500/40M Proximitor.是4通道位移监测器，接收本特利位移传感器的输入，对信号进行处理后生成振动和位移测量量，并将处理后的信号与用户可编程的报警设置点进行比较。可以使用3500 框架组态软件对3500/40M 的每个通道进行组态，使其具有如下功能： •

R滚动轴承振动 注: 该监测器通道成对组态，一次多可执行上述功能中的2 个。通道1 和通道2 执行一个功能，通道3 和通道4 执行另一个功能或同一功能。
3500/40M 监测器的主要功能为:
1) 通过连续不断地将机器振动当前值与组态中的报警值进行比较，并驱动报警系统，从而达到保护机器的目的；
2) 为操作人员和维护人员提供关键设备的振动信息。
通过组态，每一通道通常将输入信号处理成“静态值”。每一静态值都有组态好的警告报警值，每两个静态值都可组态一个危险报警值。报警的延迟时间可通过软件设定。
前面板LED（发光二极管）OK LED: 指示3500/40M 正常运行
TX/RX LED: 指示3500/40M 正与3500 框架内其它模块通讯 Bypass LED: 指示3500/40M 处于旁路模式
传感器缓冲输出: 前面板对应每一通道均有同轴接头，每一同轴接头都有短路保护

3500/40M displacement monitor
The 3500/40M Proximitor is a 4-channel displacement monitor that receives input from Bentley displacement sensors, processes the signal to generate vibration and displacement measurements, and compares the processed signal with user programmable alarm setpoints. You can use the 3500 Rack Configuration Software to configure each channel of the 3500/40M to have the following functions: •
Radial vibration •
Axial displacement •
Differential expansion •
Shaft eccentricity

R rolling bearing vibration note: This monitor channel is configured in pairs and can perform more than 2 of the above functions at once. Channel 1 and channel 2 perform one function, while channel 3 and channel 4 perform another function or the same function.
The main functions of the 3500/40M monitor are:
1) By continuously comparing the current value of machine vibration with the alarm value in the configuration, and driving the alarm system, the purpose of protecting the machine is achieved;
2) Provide vibration information of critical equipment for operators and maintenance personnel.
Through configuration, each channel typically processes the input signal as a "static value". Each static value has a configured warning alarm value, and each two static values can be configured with a danger alarm value. The delay time of the alarm can be set through software.
Front panel LED (light emitting diode) OK LED: indicates normal operation of 3500/40M
TX/RX LED: indicates that the 3500/40M is communicating with other modules in the 3500 rack. Bypass LED: indicates that the 3500/40M is in bypass mode
Sensor buffered output: The front panel corresponds to each channel with coaxial connectors, and each coaxial connector has short-circuit protection
