1)污水收集和处理。水幕巷道施工已完成,其排水主要为围堰周边渗水,水幕渗水量较大,据统计平均大约为492m3/d。这部分水质较好。在水幕巷道两侧边墙部位施工水沟,将渗水进行汇集,如图1a)所示;然后在水幕巷道2与水幕巷道6交叉处,使用混凝土浇筑围堰,并预留导水槽出口,如图1b)所示;在水幕巷道口使用钢板现场制作沉淀箱,将围堰内集水通过槽钢导水槽将水引入水幕巷道与施工巷道交岔口处沉淀集水箱内,由于收集的水质较好,经简单沉淀处理就可重复利用。
2)水泵增压供水。将收集并沉淀处理后的水通过增压泵分别增压后导入水幕供水管和主洞室供水管。在管道上装有止回阀,并通过远传压力表,流量计等获取用水数据,同时根据远传压力表采集的压力信号经过控制器与设定压力比较后,将控制信号传送给变频器,从而调节增压泵转速,调节水压到设定值。3)污水循环利用系统总体结构。污水循环利用系统通过水幕巷道设置集水措施,将水幕巷道内渗水汇集后在沉淀池内经多次沉淀,再采用可控制增压泵进行分别增压后接入水幕供水管和主洞室供水管,以达到工作水压要求;多余水量排入水幕巷道口的污水池内抽出洞外
